Current exploration work has identified at least 13 anomalous geochemical zones on the Mooloogool/Diamond Well tenements over an East-West span of approximately 80 kilometres. Ongoing field work, geophysics and mapping are continuing to highlight zones of interest for follow-up work.
To date two field campaigns conducted after the initial reconnaissance auger drilling have sampled and mapped detailed transects across all geochemical zones except 12 and 13. These will be the subject of the next program.
The first sampling program (zones 1-6) generated 382 samples and the second (zones 8-10) 264 samples. A third program has now been completed on zone 7 and 11 where 585 samples were generated. Assay and geochemical data analysis of the samples is still in progress. Results to date show strong geochemical trends reflecting structures that may host copper and gold mineralization at depth in several anomalous zones and at different orientations. On completion of the outstanding assays and interpretative analysis several drilling targets will be proposed.
The anomalous geochemical zones and Gravity Survey area are shown on the map below:

A ground-based gravity survey has been completed for Exploration Licences E51/1367 and E51/1187. This was conducted in conjunction with Thundelarra Exploration in order to cover a 40-kilometre wide area adjacent to us in the south. Results of this survey indicate good potential for East-West structures (associated with known copper and gold geochemistry) to be significant exploration targets. Some of these structures are coincident with geochemical anomalies and will be drill tested in conjunction with the geochemical targets. See map below.

A review of the regional geology, geophysics and previous geochemistry for the Garden Gully South Project has begun. The strike trends of historical gold workings appear to be extensive, regional and NE to NNE in orientation. Strike continuations of mineralisation associated with the Abernethy and Airstrip deposits identified by Doray Minerals to the SW of Sabbath are interpreted to be present in the DUO Garden Gully tenements. There are also similar parallel mineralisation trends extending SW from Sabbath and in the North Granite Well area. Further work is expected to highlight target areas for more detailed gold and copper exploration. The map below demonstrates regional trends.

This project comprises granted Mining Lease M51/322 and Prospecting Licence Application P51/2699. Both are located north of Meekatharra and centred around the line of workings including the historical Sabbath Gold Mine. Options for ore treatment, drilling programs to add resources, open pit designs, preliminary plant studies and a Mining Proposal are currently being reviewed for the next stage of development at Sabbath.
Treatment options currently being considered are related to the proportion of oxide feed and sulphide feed available as well as throughput tonnage required. Due to the fact that the resource drilling coverage over known mineralised structures is incomplete, it was decided to plan further drilling to extend and add to the resource model before continuing further plant or mining studies.
The Sabbath deposit has a Measured Mineral Resource of 145,000 tonnes at 2.21 g/t Au identified by Au Mining Pty Ltd in 2002-2003. The resource estimation was completed by Cercare and Associates Pty Ltd. The resource is based on 19 Reverse Circulation (723 metres) and 36 Air Core (981 metres) drill holes along with 45 lines of surface earth-saw trenches. The lower grade cut for block estimation was 1g/t Au and a 10 g/t Au upper cut was used in the resource estimation. Preliminary pit optimisations identified 50,000 tonnes at 3.5 g/t Au
The resource and drilling database for Sabbath was reviewed. Section and flitch plots confirm that several areas are open along strike, down dip and parallel to the identified mineralisation. Large portions of the Mining Lease (M51/322) housing the Sabbath resource have not been drilled and there is a NE as well as a NNE mineralised trend seen in the plots. There also appears to be a strong southerly plunge component to the mineralisation. The combination of these attributes has allowed for the recognition of several areas that require drill testing and drill programs are currently being planned.
On a plan view of the resource block model note that there is a strong, untested trend to the SW. This is probably the northernmost extension of another south-plunging mineralised shoot. On the Long Section of the Sabbath resource mineralisation the interpreted plunges are to the south and there are several proposed target areas for the next drilling campaign.

An auger geochemical sampling program is planned for 3 large tenements at Garden Gully North.
35 auger traverses are planned for a total of 269 line kilometres across E51/1427, E51/1428 and E51/1429
The traverses are approximately 1500m apart with drilling at 200m spacing to complete about 1350 holes
Permit of Works applications, Environmental and Heritage authorizations have been approve
Contractor engaged for the program is WGM Indigenous Services Ltd using a 4WD-mounted small machine auger, capable of drilling up to 6m depth by rotary methods.
On E51/1433 mapping and soil/rock chip sample traverses are planned.
See map below of proposed sampling lines on the regional Total magnetic Intensity (TMI) background.

Barrambie Prospecting Licences P57/1226 and 1227 were sampled on E-W traverses 400m apart.
Copper results have been plotted and show two strong NNW trends at + 22 ppm Cu which are sub-parallel and slightly oblique to the geological boundary between the dolerite and basalt units. The results of this program are currently being assessed for several different elements including gold, lead, barium and zinc with a view to planning follow-up RAB drilling. See map below:
